Kevin Clark Returns from Trip To Palestine In January 2000, NW -SUSTAIN coordinator Kevin Clark traveled to Palestine to work with the International Solidarity Movement in Nablus. During his time in Palestine Kevin took part in non - violent direct actions and served as an international observer at military checkpoints. He also stayed in the home of the family of a "shehid" or suicide bomber to help protect them from the the illegal collective punishment of house demolition. ISM Volunteer Rachel Corrie Killed
Rachel was run over by a Caterpillar bulldozer while she was opposing the demolition of a home in Gaza.
